Actually - I would likely become that which so many people complain about - a power abuser.

I do not at all care for the job no matter how many people express interest in my having it.

I do not see that there will ever be any real degree of change instituted here, Hero, sad as that statement may be.

It would take a collection of mods who were all of similar mindset being in power at the same time.

One or two or three out of 10 or 11 isn't gonna do it.

Shoot - over half the mods we have now don't even visit CA.com anymore.

Why'd JimJ quit? It isn't because he doesn't have 'Net access - he's on SSA all the time.

marley is rarely on and when he is it isn't for very long at a time...

Steve pops in from time to time but it isn't to exercise his mod powers, that's for sure.

A completely thankless job and one I have no interest in holding.

Hopefully Goob will delete my username from the ballot so it won't be an issue.

So I went for an interview yesterday, for a marketing job. First, let me tell you that I was late for the interview, I was sitting on I-695 not moving. I couldnt figure out why. Well after about 2 hours i finally got moving. There was a camper on fire on the highway.... Took me 2 and a half hours to get 15 miles.........

Anyway so I get there, forgot my resume, thought they already had it.

FF to the interview.

It went ok, answered the questions well. I guess I got an OK feeling about the interview, but not enough to get the position.

But in the interview she asked me what my hobbies were (when she first asked that question I looked at her funny and said "really?!"), I said car audio car related stuff, video games and such. She asked me what my dream car was, I said an Aston Martin Vanquish or DB9. She chuckled and said thats funny. Why, you ask? BEcause the owner of the company has one. Thats right. And what else does he have, a supermodel wife from the UK. And since he is here and she is traveling, he bought a billboard with her picture on it out side of his office building so he can see her while he works. If that aint baller I dont know what is.

Anyway, I told bdawson and my mom i didnt think I got the job. So I was getting ready to go to work and she called me back, told me that I was selected (they were looking for 5 out of 20 or so people) and that I need to come back on Monday from 11:15am to 8pm for a second interview. No idea why so long.

So thats my story. Hope it makes sense.
