I believe Tee could get his claim approved by UPS. They may state in their policy that packaging must be adequate, however they are fairly lenient on the decision. I actually think it has to do with most of their adjusters being lazy. I have seen a few go through that I thought would be rejected. It pretty much has to be like that thread with those old school kickers. Go look at that thread and tell me UPS should pay out on a $5 shipping insurance policy because of the way that idiot packed it. I'd go chop the sellers nuts off.

So I am throwing a Super Bowl Party this year again. I need ideas on the menu and alcohol list.

Trust me when I say I have the Vodka covered (11 different kinds). As far as whiskies, I have 2 scotches, Johnny Walker for the blend and Glennmorangie for thee single malt. I have Milagro anejo for the tequila. I have some cheap bourbon. I don't know much about whiskies, rums or anythig that isn't Vodka. What are Crunk varieties to have stocked. What brews for the fridge and cooler?

I may go with Chilli for eats and a bunch or sides/hour douvres(sp). However I don't know which ones. Help me make a list so I can shop and prep.

If you drop a laptop on accident and it shatters in 5 pieces, how will it show up when you wrap it in tissue and a single walled box and wait for the inevitable box crushing on the receiving end and claim they damaged it?

I discovered Jack Daniels not too long ago. Was pleasantly surprised with the actual taste of it. Something I have no problem at all drinking on the rocks.

also, im involved in a year long "laptop damaged in shipping" problem. the company takes out $100 worth of insurance to ship me the laptop. the LCD screen gets cracked, and they claim i have to pay because it is more than $100 worth of damages. complete horse shit. this all started in march on 2007, and i still dont have my laptop.

I tried JD and found it to be to obnoxious in flavor. Like they try too hard. My wife likes it though for shots. I also don't like the redneck stigma it has lol. I will probably get a bottle though.
