this guy called *****ing about his wheels that we got for him today. somehow he now thinks they're ugly as hell. keep in mind, he was the one that picked them out, and then said he loved them yesterday when we got them in, right before we mounted them. anyway he called at the shop and i answered. he has no clue who i am, but asked if he could talk to anyone else. i said something and mentioned that i would be glad to help him so he started telling me allll about it, and how he wants his money back. he finally finishes then asks what i can do. my response was "hold on, i'm still trying to find the owner". that bastard is going to try and do a charge back because he suddenly doesn't like the wheels that he chose. and its not like we can return them, once they're mounted we cannot ship them back to the manuf. alskdfkjdfslkj
