yea very random.. sounded like it was on the radio or something in one of thecop cars... but it could be someone with a police scanner than can actually intercept the signal and talk, etc.. who knows..

I loved em.. stopped playing em for a while.. actually video games in general for a while, but it just looks good, I actually have the system the new ones coming out on.. not sure if its only on 360 or what, but yea I can't wait..
