i feel better today, i realized i was sinning way to much and lookin at **** and that jailbait thread and it was really affecting me and my thoughts and outlook on life and i felt controlled, i guess i should read the Bible more and go to church more and i'll be fine.

there's somethin about these short days and long nights that just drops my mood once the sun goes down i feel total drowsiness and just want to sleep.

It does that to my mood too. That's freakin crazy.

 
I hit the deadlifts way too hard yesterday. My back hurts while I'm sitting...while I'm lying down...while I'm standing...while I'm walking.
if your back is hurting you might not be doing them correctly. That's why I don't like using a straight bar to do dead lifts, it's easy to mess up my form. I dunno what the thing is called but people use it for shrugs but you can use it for dead lifts as well. It's like this octagon looking thing that you step into and you can do your dead lifts that way. It basically make it to where you are more upright rather then having to hunch over with a straight bar.

Hmm, may be that too. Yesterday was my first real total back workout, so I may just be sore from that. If the problem persists, I will look deeper into it. I always try to pay close attention to my form though.

It's called a trap bar btw.
