I'd just hate to see your money get caught up in red tape and don't get your goods.

Word, im more worried about getting scammed, if it violates ebay and they keep my money or something. Ill just do a credit card chargeback. I dont use my bank account anymore for ebay or paypal, my last bank was no help when i had an issue, luckily the issue was resolved.

I just find that type of action possibly unethical thus assuming there is something about it in the TOS.

I'm not a hardcore eBayer though....
