Estimated guess is May08.
If I get a warm weekend between now and Dec, going to pull the heads (which includes exhaust manifold, carb, intake)

Replacing carb/intake with a 2V. Replacing exhaust with a dual exhaust, getting heads reworked for hardened valave seats.

Estimate in Feb to work on replacing whole ignition system.

March/April will be suspension and brakes. I plan to start saving $100 every two weeks for the project.

One of my friends rebuilt a mustang from about that same year. It started on cinder blocks and took about 2-3 years, but they finally got it looking real nice. It ran like crap though so he sold it for something a little more reliable.
