I don't really have a well defined goal yet. In my mind, I just want to keep going till I am bulked up. I'm not sure about the whole bulking process though because I know bulking usually means putting on a little bit of fat each cycle. So right now, I just do high intensity cardio and lift weights.How much farther do you have to go?

Exactly, I'm sure if I actually started lifting again I could probably only do 135-145 whenever I was able to lift 205 at one point in time.Everybody has to start somewhere. I've only been lifting weights for about month and have noticed definitive results. I've nearly doubled the weight I can lift in some exercises already.
Yep. I tried to get other people to go with me, but they are all to fuckin lazy. I talk to some of the regulars that are in there now as I become one myself.do you go by yourself?
