no what happened was I hurt my elbow and it gave me an excuse not to work out. I stayed on my diet for the longest time I just stopped working out completely. If I would have been smart about it I could have just jogged and probably kept my weight off(but lost the muscle still, but maybe not with HIIT).Did you slip after a year or something?
