Did you slip after a year or something?
no what happened was I hurt my elbow and it gave me an excuse not to work out. I stayed on my diet for the longest time I just stopped working out completely. If I would have been smart about it I could have just jogged and probably kept my weight off(but lost the muscle still, but maybe not with HIIT).

 
So what is the correct way to lose weight and not have extra skin? I've lost a good bit of weight thus far and don't think I have a lot of extra skin, but I'm not sure since I've still got a good bit of weight to lose.
