Well this will be a tits comment then. I benched 335 at the gym tonight *WOOT*. Its sad because none of my friends work out so they don't care. Only ones that think its anything is my mom and my fiance

thats impressive my friend, wish i could do that im in the process of losing weight then i will tone up wit the muscle i was 225 now im down to 209, im lovin every minute of it, and all my work out consist of is working at UPS and changin my eating habits

Good job on the weight dropping! How are you doing it? If your not already doing it let me just recommend eating 6-8 times a day (roughly ever 2 hours if possible) Try to keep the portions about the same. Your weight will fly off and you will build some mass. I used to work for RPS and I threw on some muscle doing that.

Try the multi-meal option for like 5 days...you will notice a drop in weight fast. Also, take in a gallon of water a day if you can..first 2 or so days you will go up like 5 pounds then it will all go away.

LOL...you are a skinny fella. Start running, you would make a good marathon runner. **** guys toast me in long marathons (tall skinny guys). Only ones that beat them are the kenyans. You can't count them though...its like a deaf mute in the miss american pagent, you can't beat that!
