I think your being very responsible dude. Honestly, if she loves you then she should be able to wait. Then again, maybe take her out somewhere nice and explain it to her. Let her hear that she is the one you will marry (if she is) and that your very happy with your life with her, you appreciate how she treats you and your kid (daughter?). You will be surprised about saying it out loud too. 1. she should feel a bit better and 2. you can find out if you are able to even say the words to her.

Glad to help. Actually I used to think about 90% percent of the people on here were completly worthless kids, but I've found recently that its opposite, only about 10% of the peps on here are a-holes. Most want to help, and try to add some fun to it.
