Crunch GP3000D-Pro...Made what? 4640wrms @ 15.7v 1.4ohm

Most of the guys who run the GP 3000d pro on term pro have a signature picture of the Crunch gear..they also have won or placed VERY well in their given classes...Not hard to find them if you look. Look for Team Live Wire, Gavin, Iggster, more than that use them and seem to more than just like those amps. Too say one amp is better depends on where you place your value as both sundown and the gp3000d pro work and do well. If you are starting from scratch though on a limited budget you can get a gp and at least a good portion of a good battery/electrical for your system which amps of this size need.

Just going with what other people have tested. I personally have not tested either.
Exactly my point. You're bragging about results you don't understand and aren't even telling all the details of these tests. Then you want to bring Sundown into this. Why? The saz-3000d has nothing to do with this thread. You certainly don't know any facts about that haters so called test because not even he would post any details yet you talk about them like facts. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif You're the true definition of a fanboy. I mean d@mn, you don't even own and have never used either amps. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/verymad.gif.3f39c5c2fd57527b671fad3efdfac756.gif Don't talk out your a$$ about products that you've obviously never dealt with.

Be nice if there was a neutral, trustworthy person on this site that had the proper equipment to do real amp tests for the site. I know people on here do it, but how do we know that the info they post is true?
Just go to dbrag forum. Do a search on GP there and or Ask the question on that site. There are plenty of ppl who run the GP pro on the dbdrag forum. With PLENTY of test done by them who own the amps.

Do some research ppl. This like a triple post about this amp and him asking about it.

I'll just add my 2 cents. I own the crunch gp3000d-pro. It's pushing 2 hdc315's at the moment and it slams. Doesn't even get hot at full tilt. About a month back I happened to meet a guy in my area who runs the sundown 3000 with 2 15 inch BL's and his slammed. We both have tahoe's except mine is a 98 and his is a 01. He too thought sundown was the only way to go. So I thought hey lets swap amps and put that to the test.

After the swap both setups wanged the same as before. Now this is real word testing, no meters or number crunching because I don't compete and could care less as long as my truck is wangin. To the ear we both agreed that you couldn't tell the difference. Needless to say he is in the process of selling his sundown and he will be picking up a gp3000d //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif. An extra 250$ in his pocket after he sells the sundown.

The gain to be had by shelling out more mulah for the sundown is almost non existent. Its like picking a w7 over a fi q. Ones more expensive but both are comparable. You gain very little by going the more expensive route. But hey its your money. The extra cost doesn't justify the 1-5% increase in performance to me. To each his own.
