You used an O-scope to check?
Please explain the conditions of these tests you act like you know so much about. It clips as much as the average class d amp. On roe a guy tested it, it made 2635 clean watts before clipping. That is actually very good for a class d. I believe there was a test someone did on the saz-3000 that it started clipping at 2700, So for the price the gp3000d is by far the best 3000 watt amp on the market. $449 shipped with 1 year warranty. There is plenty of tests on these amps out there, they are proven powerhouses!btw both those tests were on 12 volts either or both amps will produce a better signal with proper voltage. The crunch is unregulated, I believe the saz-3000 is unregulated also. Both are great amps! But for the money the crunch is definitely a winner. It has Less then 1% THD at 3000 watts. with one guys test he got right at 4000 watts at a steady 14.4 volts.
Just going with what other people have tested. I personally have not tested either. Plenty of people has tested the gp3000d and Its a beast! The only problem that I am aware of is the fets are not secured very well on the board. Its not a problem as long as you mount the amps away from the box. I have only heard of 1 amp burning up and that is where the guy had the amp mounted to the box and the vibration caused the fets to fall off. Please explain the conditions of these tests you act like you know so much about.

I think that pretty much sums it up.................He's using that random number that the random guy on here with no actual test data posted...sounds reliable to me.
Not to mention it seemed pretty obvious he had a bone to pick with Sundown.I think that pretty much sums it up.................
Be nice if there was a neutral, trustworthy person on this site that had the proper equipment to do real amp tests for the site. I know people on here do it, but how do we know that the info they post is true? Not to mention it seemed pretty obvious he had a bone to pick with Sundown.
