Had this amp for about a year. It was mounted to my box for the first week I had it. A solder point in the amp broke and the amp would not come out of protect. The green power light would come on when I turned it on, but would immediately go into protect. When I opened up the amp and saw the broken solder point, I fixed it and the amp worked fine.
Months later, it had the same problem and would not come out of protect. I opened up the amp again and can't find a loose or broken connection. I have closely inspected the entire amp and the PCB on both sides. There is nothing I can see with my ***** eye that is wrong with it. There are absolutely no burn marks or anything physically broken that I can see.
For all I know, it could be a broken solder point again that I didn't see.
