crossfire vs. dei directed

My buddy has two directed amps going to his Eclipse's and they sound very nice. I mean the same company makes a/d/s and orion so its not junk. The Crossfire stuff is really nice though. I think unless Maxxsonics makes the new GEN-XX HiFonics as good or better than the Gen XI stuff, I think my new fav. amps will be the crossfire stuff. Highly underrated and built very well.

The new directed line has similar internals as PPI. I am very familiar with both Crossfire and Directed. The Directed is a rock solid amp with good power output. Crossfire is less reliable but will definately knock your pants off. I currently run two Crossfire amps, but the Directed is cheaper and a better value. If you are interested in Directed, also look into Viper.. pretty much the same thing, better look.

the crossfire is a solid amp that will give great power for the money, but I would take the DEI over it, I have loved their maps in the past and have always been impressed with the 1100d
