Crossfire VR2000D .5 ohm's for burp's?

i was tould i could burp my amp at .5 ohm's with no problem's.. even daily bumping it at that load?

anyone else know of this??

that amp will not run daily at .5. they have the nick name of " catchfire". if you have a very healthy electrical system you can burp it at .5 but not daily.

nooooo, i wouldnt go under 1 ohm for burps unless you have a huge box rise.... i played mine a 1.5 daily for a yr or so with no probs but that was just pushing it, theres enough other amps out that will do what you need, do like me and move on....... i loved my 2 but theres way to many issues with them..... i think mine were reboarded a few times b4 i got them.... oh and the lanzar 2000d's proved to be louder in the guys car i got them from.........
