Purchasing an ID10 D4 V.3 to go in a sealed box and need an amp. Because I have a Honda Fit, I've narrowed it down to the Crossfire C3 501 & Crossfire BMF250M because they will fit on the side of the sub box and they fit in my budget. The C3 has the advantage of a smaller footprint and higher efficiency. The C3 is rated 340 watts @ 13.8V and the BMF 250 watts @ 12.5V, so probably similar power output. Price difference is only $14 with SonicElectronix's current coupon discount of 30% off.
Given the weak electrical system of the Honda Fit (don't want to upgrade that), I'm leaning toward the C3. Is the BFM series a good step up in audio quality over the C3? Or would I likely notice much difference if I could AB test them?
I'm not interested in other amps. Time to stop researching and pull the trigger //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
My other components are Diamond Audio S663Ss in the front powered by BA GT-275 with Pioneer DEH-P7400HD HU, JL Audio C2-600x running off the HU for back seat passenger fill.
