CrossFire 1000D In Protect....

My buddy called me and told me his amp went into protect mode. He said the + batt cable was coroded and it practically fell off the terminal. Voltage shortage most likely? I've never dealt with this b4 so if someone could chime in I'd appreciate it.

How would we unlock it?

if that happened it hopefully did it before the fuse so that would've popped.
if not then its prolly fried like chicken and shit.

He said it was actually the area of where it hooks to the starter. But when he took off the terminal it was coroded all the way through. I told him to come over tomorrow and we'll pull the back off and see if the circuitry is fried.

those amps do not like low voltage. running them hard below 11volts for very long is a no no. poof (catchfire).
