I hear they get decently loud for a shallow mount sub.

I've heard good things about the shallow mount driver from pretty respectable sources. Supposed to have very good sound quality with adequate output.

Their most expensive subwoofer just got an awesome review in CA&E.....though I always take those reviews with an entire bag of salt.

My buddy has a 12'' critical mass, at mecca he hit a 146.3, with the lower end model. Wasnt half bad of a sub, but it cost him around $500 bucks. You can buy alot better sub for that price, but if you dont have space for it or you just wanted to keep alot of space in your car, its worth it.
