critical mass ula2500v2.0 anyone know about these?

Ok I am looking for a 1 ohm stable amp that will drive 4 infinity perfect 10s. I was on ebay and bid on this brand new critical mass ula2500 v2.0 before I knew anything about it. I got a second chanse offer from metroholdingslimited (seller) for $420. I have been trying to figure out if this is a good deal? I cant find anything usefull on the web about this amp. Help! I have untill 6:00 pm today to take advantage of this deal.

even at that price they are over priced. it will put out 1800w cleanly. not as good quality as sundown... I know because I have had them.
