How the hell does he do some of this stuff?

He swallowed a quarter with a womans initials on them. You can see it slide down underneath the skin in his arm, like down a vein. Cuts the skin with a razor and pulls the bloody quarter out.

All i can think of is it was all completely stage and than quarter was embedded in him.

I know this stuff is fake, but some of it seems hard to pull off regardless.Any ideas?

As for the quarter thing, I'm thinking he had some kind of fake skin covering his arm that let the quarter slide down with the use of a string or something.
