What kind of crimp terminals should I use for car headunit wiring?

non insulated or insulated?

Would these insulated terminals work?

I always preffered crimp caps... look like a small white wire nut but it crimps--

the butt connectors dont allow you to twist the wires together creating a better connection...

if ya really wanna do it right... twist the ends, solder, then crimp with a cap-- IMO

Regarding the picture I made in my first post, what caps out of that box is recommended for wiring the headunit? Could I use all of them or just selected ones E.g just the red ones with rings on them?

top left and top center-- butt connectors... wouldnt use the other behind the dash... may come loose then ya got all sorts of problems/ shorts. etc...

edit.. beat me by seconds... lol-- actually-- I got busy and forgot to hiot send
