They work surprisingly well. They are a ***** to keep on and you have to remember to put em on. But they definitely work.

if you have cavities it will make them really sensitive

They taste like *** and are a pain to keep on. I never used them for more than 2 days so I couldn't tell ya if they worked.

Id go with the white trays myself. Ive tried the white strips and what i didnt like is the area they whiten isnt that big. while they do work if you were to ever show more of your teeth than what is seen in a standard smile you can tell you whitened your teeth because the back and side teeth will still be dark/stained. The whitening trays whiten all of your teeth. I believe aquafresh makes the trays although i have yet to try them the idea just seems better IMHO

i dun the white strip but they go white but seem to just fade back to dark...

how do they do it professionally? they do it quick and it lasts for a while? wtf
