ps the dc was .8 louder off a 30 sec avg. 1-12" and 6k of power

Sundown, DD, RD, DC, Atomic, Cactus, etc. are all great at being loud and reliable...and their amps(if applicable) are great as well. To say that one is inherently better than the other is pretty foolish...we all know install is key.

I will admit that RD has some decent products, but for you to just flat out disbelieve someone that another companies speaker can't do the same, if not better, than your RD because someone on that team said it is just asinine. I can accept it , what im saying is they were louder due to his setup , i.e. box car etc etc. do i think they are the end all ? no , but I waiting to be convinced of something else and DC aint it.

So you automatically rule them out even though you've never even tried them? And this is with someone saying they saw a .8db gain. I can say the same thing about your setup; the RD's are louder just because of your setup...see how that works? By the way, there's a guy on here who's local to me that is a few tenths from breaking 160 with three Lvl5 18's and 6 Sundown 3000's in an extended can chevy truck. What more proof do you need to see that they perform well?

What more proof do you need to see that they perform well?
