CRAZY female situation...advice needed!

UPDATE....after getting back from the mountains over the weekend my friend and hisi sister both wont answer my phone calls, both wont call back when I leave a message. I dont know what haoppend when I was gone but it is really pissing me off and I cantn get in touch with them

Ok well I have finally found a girl that I like, and she feels the same way back. But there is one HUGE problem....
She is my friends SISTER.

I am in a really weird situation here. I have tried talking to my friend about her and I merely hanging out as friends, and he doesn't even like that. He keeps saying stuff like "it doesn't work like that", blah blah. No matter how many reasons I give him he won't change his mind. I haven't even gone into detail about something more maybe coming of it.

He thinks just because me and him are friends, that I can't hang out with her. I have tried to explain saying "would you rahter have her hanging out with someone you know and trust (me), or some jackass kid that will screw her over in the end. He still says the same thing.

The weird part is there are no parents on their side. My friend has his apartment with him, her, and their older brother (~23). He says the only time I can see her is when I am over there hanging out with him, and when he goes to bed I have to leave.

As far as I am concerned it isn't over. I still want to see her even if he gets mad.

in a household like that (no parents) you cant blame the brother (and i bet the other brother feels the same way) for feeling the way he does. i dont know why their parents are gone but i bet they feel obligated to look after lil sis like she's their daughter. and ill tell you right now, if you asked for my daughter's hand to go the movies and shes not 21 yet, ill shove my foot up your ***. got it? but if you followed my directions and left the house when i slept, and never took her out (basically never have the opportunity to de-virginize my little girl), ill let you take her out. after yo uprove after 6 years of dating or whatever that youre not after her for her ******. that is all.

I am somewhat in the same situation. I am 19, my best friend is 19 and his sister is 17 and she is the sexiest girl I ever met. I wanna **** her so bad... but anyways, Bro's over hoes... everyone says that will work out best in any situation and I have been living by the bro's over hoes saying for years....
