Cracked my windshield with bass!

Just kidding... I noticed a small u-shaped crack starting around the button of my rear view mirror...It was small for like 2 weeks..All of a sudden it jumped halfway down my windshield over night... Then it grew all the way down to my windshield wiper last night.. UGH!

We have had a huge heat spell here..About 100+ degrees everyday for over 2 weeks. Guess my button for my rear view mirror heated up so much it just started cracking my windshield.. Oh well.. My Blazer was in great shape until about 3 weeks ago..Tree limb hits it, and now a ****ed up windshield.

sucks to think that when it was a small u shaped crack you coulda spent 60 bucks and got it fixed so it wouldnt spread anymore......now a couple hundred for a new windshield.......

find some cheap labor on craigslist... here in ca i was able to find a guy that will replace almost any windshield for $130 including glass and he came out to me...

Put it out in the sun and roll up the windows tightly, and come back the next day and you should have a new window in the next 3 days
