cracked cone

well, i just found a crack in my cone about 3-4 inches long. i dont have the money for a recone, so i was wondering, first off, can i just use glue or some kind of poxy? and if so, what kind would work best?

Crack on the cone...or dustcap???

If its the dustcap, just get some black CA and seal it up. If its the cone, its just going to get worse.

ive used disposable plastic food containers as raw material, cut it up a bit larger than the crack, and epoxy it on the backside of the cone before with good results.
