Crackdown for 360

just got it today. I bought it only for the purpose of participating in the Halo 3 beta when it comes out, but i figured 'hey i just spent 60 dollars on a game i might as well give it a chance' and it's actually awesome. i'm only like 30 minutes into the game, but i think it's really fun so far. anyone else get it?

Can't wait for Halo3. When I use to play Halo2 a whole lot I was rated top 1k in the online gaming comm. with the name "oh i did". I just know im gunna get back into it when 3 comes out.

Heard that crackdown game aight so bad too...i've yet to get a 360.

i'm debating getting crackdown too. we have 2 copies at my work with the halo3 beta invite. that'd be my main reason, but i did kinda like the demo. just not sure.

I bought the game, but I have to "download" the halo 3 demo so that is sort of lame, I was expecting it to be on there.

anyway, the game is fun however confusing. You don't have actual objectives and just go around the city killing gang members.

in a way it's a bad attempt at becoming the next grand theft auto.

After saying all of that I still can't wait to play some more tonight.

well yeah you have to download the beta because it's the online multiplayer beta you're testing. and the beta will only be open for so long before bungie shuts it down and continues to tweak halo 3 (due for realease around november). and you have to have the disc in the tray in order to play the beta as the disc IS the "key" to the beta.

as for a bad attempt at gta, not really. they knew where they were going with making this game and designing the graphics how they did.

alot of ppl think saint's row was a gta ripoff. i didn't care for gta really, but i loved saint's row. it's all preference. and don't think i'm bashing, cuz i'm not. the demo was good. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

i'm waiting for ddr universe next week and then graw 2 next month and hopefully assassin's creed later this year as well as kane and lynch dead men and that witch game (can't remember the name atm). lots of great upcoming games.
