Covering rood side panels

[Bass so loud it HZ]

I'm going to do a wood roof tomo but I don't want a shitty looking interior like most of the ppl I see doing it. What is the best thing to use to cover the side above the doors ? Was thinking maybe fiberglass or bondo .this is going to be a daily demo vehicle with a bpillar wall but wanting to keep it looking nice as a can .. thanks in advance
