Couple in dash questions, help please!

I have a mustang, it has two single DIN spots in it. As of now one is a blank space, and the other is my Alpine 9831 head unit. I was thinking of getting a in-dash screen and a dvd player instead of my alpine. So my questions are...

Can I still hook my subs into the in-dash?

I could still play the radio if I switched to an in-dash screen, correct?

And also, would the sound quality be any different?

yeah get a flip out screen, thats a radio. etc. it just wont play dvd,

get a dva deck from alpine with a flip out screeen it will give u radio and all that crap and dvd player....... then get a center channel for that other spot
