i jus installed some mb quart comps(refrence series) yesterday and i went to go play them and only one speaker works, then i switch the rca and the other speaker works, is this because of the rca or something else? Also they sound like shit, nothing near stock. sound really blah. so could rcas effect the overall performance of speakers like this?

rca is bad or the connection at the HU is lost or balance is all the way over to one side most likely.

as far as sounding bad, that could be install or amp settings.

im going to get new rcas and my HU is new as of february. but the amp and speaker were both used. got the amp from dante(livinlife) and the speakers from another guy on here
