copper vs. aluminum voice coils

Copper has better conductivity, meaning you can get a higher current density for a given gap topology (read: higher BL and a lower Qes). Aluminum is lighter, so you have a higher resonant frequency.

Bottom line - it really doesn't matter to the consumer. If a driver company pushes one over the other, it's usually because they don't have anything worthwhile to talk about...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I tested a XXX vs. a Brahma and the XXX won so the aluminum coil is better and thats what made all the difference so shut up meanie man!

Zinc also conducts fairly well. I use zinc nuts and bolts on the terminal cups I build into my boxes.

Link to antenna. I'm guessing the copper foil should be connected to glass, not metal, but lets see the antenna. Did it come with instructions?

I would face the port and sub back. Even if you got a soft top, the rear gate will serve as a loading wall. I looked at the specs for the 10w6v3...
