copper bars anyone know???

how bout a jigsaw with a new expensive blade, some machiene lube, a straight edge and some cardboard.

nice and slow. make a little jig with some spare straight edges. tape some cardboard (like the kind you find on the back of a pad of paper) to the top of the metal so you dont scratch it. lube it as you go then just sand the edge.

sounds like it should work to me?
