In order for Marijuana to get someone high it needs to be heated. The heat activates the THC in the plant. This is why you cannot just eat Marijuana and get high; you can ingest it and get high only after the plant has been cooked in one way or another. For instance to make brownies the correct way, you need to simmer the marijuana in butter or oil to extract the THC and then cook with the butter or oil. You can chop marijuana up and put it in the brownie mix; however, it will not taste very good as one would have to eat the chopped up plant. So if the BK employees simply sprinkled the burgers with marijuana, I highly doubt that the heat from a craptastic whopper would be enough to activate the THC. I have a feeling that the obese officer in the video is milking this and trying to make a big deal out of nothing. Before anyone replies and says that they have gotten high from eating marijuana or have a friend who has... they are lying. It simply cannot happen unless the plant is heated. I have a feeling the Honorable Judge Gandalf realizes this.

in fact you can get high from eating it. not lying. i put some on a burrito and it took an hour or 2 to take effect. i thought i wast going to work at first and thought it was a waste, but then out of nowhere it kicked in and taken by total surprise haha.

If they sprinkled it onto the burgers and cheese while it was cooking on the grill, I say it's a maybe they could feel something. It wouldn't be very strong most likely, and overall, a waste of weed though.

You need to learn a little more about pot before you try to wax intellectual on the subject. The fact that you believe you need to heat thc to remove it from the plant is comical. Try eating a bud, some nugs though, not schwag. Then tell me if you get high. The fact is even if it were true that you needed to heat it, your body would probably heat it enough anyway. Believe me, you can eat bud and get high. If you ever want to try, come out to visit me and we'll do it together and see what happens. You'll get high as a mofo.
