Cop punches girl after pepperspraying himself. excessive or not?

Hmmm, but after she was subdued and/or handcuffed, shouldnt the "fight" have been over? Cop had to take it one step further, because he was mad he made himself look like an idiot.
I already admitted that. I won't deny he was stupid and deserves punishment as well. This doesn't negate the fact that she was acting like a criminal. Her acting like a criminal also doesn't negate the fact that he was acting inappropriately after looking like an idiot. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

You just contradicted yourself. And in doing so helped my case (if my case was that this was only about race).

/discussion with you.
no, i agree that we both believe HE is racist. i was talking about yourself. and no, i am not racist against black people, only "thugs or hood rats" or what ever you want to call them (and they dont have to be black fyi)

Acting like a criminal is up to each persons interpretation. Me, Id be pretty dam pissed and shocked too, if I was pulled over for riding my bike on the sidewalk in the dark.

its about time the cops crack down on our nations bike on sidewalk crime lol
Yes, this ordinance should be reviewed IMO. However even if you don't agree with a law and find it unjust, you should peacefully break it. This includes accepting the consequence. This was taught to us by Martin Luther King. It seems that the world has already forgotten that.
Hmmm, so I guess everyone on here that has made a thread about being harassed by a cop and said they werent doing anything is "rather thug".

gotcha.
I would say for the most part , yes //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

ok, would you shove the cop off of you like she did, resisting arrest? if so, then you should be put in handcuffs just like her. and the same would go for me or any other person that resisted arrest. shit i was pulled over yesterday cause my tag is expired and i forgot, but i didnt yell at the cop or act out of line and get arrested.. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

Why? Rules/laws are there usually for reason. I doubt he planned to go to far in the beginning but she probably started yelling and being an *** about it.

It seems even YOU don't know how to properly break a law you don't agree with:D

Meh she was resisting arrest. Yes excessive force was used, but she is probably just the type of bitch that deserves it.

Looked to me like she didn't start resisting until the cop threw her on the ground (possibly out of anger for macing himself?)

And I noticed at the end of the video that it said she has a current warrent for drug posession charges from that arrest, I didn't see the cops finding any drugs in the vids, maybe she ran from the warrent because she was set up by the dirty cop(s), in a poor attempt to justify their brutality.

Most, not all //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif.

Yeah I'd definitely break it. Im not riding my bike in the middle of the street at night when its foggy. People already cant drive for shit.

I believe in karma, she probably deserved that beat down for other reasons.

One who breaks an unjust law must do so openly, lovingly, and with a willingness to accept the penalty. I submit that an individual who breaks a law that conscience tells him is unjust, and who willingly accepts the penalty of imprisonment in order to arouse the conscience of the community over its injustice, is in reality expressing the highest respect for law.
