For those who don't understand..

Yes she was jaywalking. That was why she was being taken in.

Her friend should not have even been involved and who knows how many times the officer might have told her to back off.. the video turned on as soon as the fist pretty much so there was the time between the cop pulling up him telling her why she was under arrest etc.. that wasn't shown.

So some lady comes up and shoves the officer. He has no idea why she is shoving him why they are resisting arrest etc. Wouldn't you be on your toes if two people where on you like that over going in for jaywalking.? and There is a HUGE difference between a WOMEN and BITCHES.. You can't hit women.. But they weren't women and that was obvious..

I would like to ask all of you who thinks he did wrong.. If some BIG *** black/white/asian/spanish etc lady was shoving you while you were trying to do your job what would you do? Please ma'am.. Please stop.. No.. You would ask her to back down when she gets in your face and when she shoves you its clobbering time.. She got what she had coming to her. If that bitch had just acted like a normal human being, worst case scenario the officer would have fined her. If I had to guess, he would have just slapped her on the wrist and sent her on her merry way.

No. Assault on an officer. Jaywalking would have resulted in just a ticket. When you start screaming, cussing and shoving a cop... the original issue doesn't really matter anymore, now it's a serious issue. The stupid *****es escalated a simpl jaywalking ticket into a felony. Way to go. I have no problem with anyone who wants to put there hands on a cop. Just don't act surprised when you get punched in the face for it. Maced, tased or shot are also possible outcomes. Matching silver bracelets with free room and board for a few months are pretty much a certainty.

Next time you see officer friendly just walk up to him, say hello and then start screaming and shoving him. Enjoy the *** kicking and prison that follows. Be sure to post video on youtube to make yourself look like the victim of police "abuse".
