Convertible systems any difference?

I have a 2000 toyota solara and i want to have great/ warm voice clarity especially when the top is down are there any special considerations i should make this is what im getting so far

107DB6500 Polk Audio db6500 6-1/2" Component System

107DB650 Polk Audio db 650 6-1/2" 2-way Speakers

575P4504 Rockford Fosgate Punch P450.4 60W x 4 Car Amplifier

i also have 2 10" punch subs will need a new amp for subs

how does this sound so far any suggestions, comments also i plan on deadening everything

700-800 usd for interior speakers tweeters amp for int amp for subs wiring

im all ears and can you please explain your suggestions im interested in learning ive been reading the forums lookining things up and its alot to know that you for you time and comments

maybe has using ebay to buy electronics been a good idea over all ,lol i was trying not to be my normally cheap self im totally modding my car so id like to install components that will last and i will be buying everything over time piece by piece
