Ok, i have two avalanche 15's that I bought a couple months ago. I really want to use these, but they will take up a shitload of space or a ported enclosure.. and I really do not want to go sealed.. The w6v2 is the only sealed woofer that I have liked...

Then BAM Stereo Integrity comes out with the deals on the mags. They will take significantly less space, and I imagine they will sound great.

Now here's the problem.. I'm not really an SPL guy, but I do like to embarass the occasional *******, or the occasional ricer...

My dilemma, is that I do not know which one i want.. Maybe you guys can help me out...

I will be feeding each roughly the same power.. an Orion 2500D or a Viper 2500.1...

Please help me!

What are the choices? The W6v2 and the SI.

Get the mags, they are cheaper IIRC.

with my experience with magnums they get loud. those were the old ones so i can only imagine the new ones would be equal if not better. you would have to go with the viper since i believe the new ones are still dual 2 but you can always drop that orion to 0.5 ohm //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif the magnums and rl-p are my favorite subs. .

SI Nick had 2 12's in a sealed box in the back of an integra with 3200watts on them or something stupid like that. Loudest sealed woofers I've heard so far...

Low end was rediculous

Why not try the Avalanches sealed? They sound awesome sealed IMO and can get pretty loud. I doubt you will gain anything significant by switching to Mags.

I'll be putting my 2 12's in a 5 cube net, 28hz box soon, with a mere 300 watts each (from the amp for my mids), into my Caprice Classic soon... that more like what you're talking about?
