contacting dei for warranty

I looked on DEI's website and couldnt find any way to contact them about a warranty other than by phone. So I was wondering if this was the case or if there was some other way to contact them.

Ive got an old motion sensor laying around thats pretty much shot that I was looking to have replaced or serviced.

they are cheap on ebay i would just buy a new one. and if it is over a year old i dont think they will warrenty it.

peripherals only carry a 1 year from date of purchase. Better off cutting your loses and purchasing a new one.
