Considering Elemental Designs? Don't do it.

Been dealing with these guys for a while now and just want to warn anyone that might be considering a purchase from them. They don't stand behind their product. They weasel out of repairing defective product. Or charge you. A good deal isn't very good when you're nickel and dimed for repairs and shipping.

Dude I just read your thread over at their forum just by accident. You're fu*cking equipment was out of warranty. You claim it went bad after 6 months but you waited 7 to send it back. And then you wanna bi*ch about the shipping costs.

plus id have to say if they warranty their item for 5 years i feel like it must attleast last that ;long. so thbat means i have a warranty on my stuff til im 28 lol how can ya beat that. and anytime i need something or help they email me back that day normally less than a hour later. like i was missing the feet for my amp i emailed them and they were at my door 2 days later.

I like the idea of Elemental Designs.. It's too bad they give themselves such a bad rep..

Although... If you are out of warranty when you send it in you are SOL with ANY company...
