Considering a sound quality system....

Most of you around here know me as an SPL person. But Im thinking bout doing SQ. But I dont know where to start. Can you guys fill me in?

Here is what I had in mind:

JL Audio equipment.

Mids and Highs : JL 6.5 (not sure of the model , but theyre like two steps up from entry level

I have an e4300 4 channel amp for them. I talked to a guy from Ultimate Audio and he said that the amp should be enough. (but if not correct me if Im wrong)

I have my Bostwick for a sub amp. (1100 rms)

I want two subs, prolly W6 12s.

What do you guys think of this setup? Feel free to modify anything I have here.

BTW, I dont know anything about sound quality. So if you guys could help me out with that I would appreciate it.

so you are looking for speakers? how about an HU for tuning capabilities?

never heard the JLs myself but i have read good things about them. what kind of budget are we looking at?

No budget, this will be put together over time. I have a Kenwood HU that is 52watts x 4. I cant think of the model # off the top of my head.

I can tune the mids, highs, and lows from the HU. Along with the HP and LP filter and SW level. And so on and so forth.

I am kind of getting tired of the extremely loud bass that sounds bad. I want something that can still get loud, but will sound clean and crisp.
