Confused As ****!!!!

ok i was just messing around and unhooked my t1001bd and put his little punch amp on my sub the amp is 900 watts and it was pushin the sub better than my amp? how can thsi be explained....could it be the power acoustik 2 guage wire that looks like 4 guage wire that i have goign to my t1001bd? please help.....im going to buy some 1/0 stinger wire....do you think that will solve the problem or make a difference?

wha ohm is the sub and wha are the rating for ya buddys amp?

dude my sub is a 2006 model 15 l7 and its 2 ohms wired at a 1 ohm load for my amp.....his amp was prolly rated a little over 1000 watts....my t1001bd amp was rated at 1459 watts....this wire i have though looks like 4 guage.....
