Confused about cutout diameter and sub displacement. Using ssa dcon 12"

Looking for a sealed box. Preferably prefab. Ive got an offer to make me a sealed for $100 or $150 tuned and ported. Think i want to go sealed though bc i prefer sq and have a sedan where the sub will be seperated in the trunk. Here is the ssa dcon specs:

I can't seem to find a prefab box with a 11.150 cutout diameter! Also the sub says it has a .14ft^3 displacement so does that mean i need to find a box with a certain cubic feet and then subtract .14? The optimal size is 1.2
