cone area ? 2 21" vs 4 18's

i might even consider going with 4 15's like mojo's but i know im going to do some testing soon with my dc level 5 10 but im getting both amps for 1000$

 
Im not going to recommend anything here, but I will say that 4 18's will have alot more cone area. The cone area of 2 21's is equivalent to that of 4 15's.

And 4 subs would have more motors to soak up/dissipate the heat to create less power compression. More motors is a big advantage for this reason, assuming we are comparing apples to apples.
