Concept DVD player trouble

So i bought a used(stupid) Concept DVD player with 7 inch in dash screen.

Got it all hooked up, correctly, bypassed the parking break by grounding the cable, but i'm getting a LOT of white noise coming from all the speakers. I spliced the ground to my old one that was made grounded by the factory, so should I change the ground and run it myself?

The white noise won't turn up with volume so its not a gain problem, and it won't increase with the RPM's rising, so its not an alternator. I changed the RCA's, no effect.

Suggestions??
