Concept CD-2410a opinion

I think that there have been a few people on here that have had relatively good luck with Concept amps, however, I am not one of them. Three Concept amps, two of them are huge *** paper weights //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

They are the CCD-series (2400?), aren't they //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Those ones were known to blow. The new lines (cd-2410a) are reportedly sturdier.

Mine's fine.

indeed, thanks for the link. been working with pepsi to sell mine.

* no longer willing to sell it for $250 shipped, recovered from holiday spending and plan to have the prelude alternator wound. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Would need a better price to part with it. MSRP $999.99, best eBay upwards of $450.

$300.

I have a Concept CC2400? Rated at 600 at 4 ohms 2400 at 1 ohm. Last week on 2 ,very old, 15" Diamond CM3's I hit a all time best of 149.6 db on the Term Lab!!!! I've run this amp at 1/2 ohm for the last year, competing with it for the last 2, daily, I don't jam every minute but I do get on it. You have to keep your voltage up, or the amp will heat. I've owned it since I bought it off E-Bay 2 1/2 years ago, repaired $250.00, but ran it at 1 ohm until I found out it likes 1/2.
