check the mounting tabs, it will physically fit but I dunno if the holes will line up

Its all dependent on your case.

Some are only compatible with only ATX. Some have holes for both.

Yes. I've never experienced an ATX case that wouldn't fit in a Micro-ATX board.

I don't like Microboards. Since they're more compacted, they heat up a lot quicker. But, yes, they'll fit. It'll look funny, too. Haha.

Has all the power you need, is cheaper and doesn't have the annoying LED fans. Also, this case is much better, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119068 I have worked with it, a great little case for the price.
