Yes. I've never experienced an ATX case that wouldn't fit in a Micro-ATX board. Can a Micro ATX Motherboard fit in a ATX Case with no problems?
Nothing wrong with that system, however I would look at Samsung and Lite-On DVD drives, great drives and will be about $20 cheaper. I would also get the PSU instead http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341012What does anyone think about this desktop setup?

I have no experience with Blu-Ray, can't help you there, sorry. However for your DVD burner any of these should work http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=Property&Subcategory=5&Description=&Type=&N=2010100005&srchInDesc=&MinPrice=&MaxPrice=&Manufactory=1336&Manufactory=1077&PropertyCodeValue=384%3A6820Niceness.
Will do that. Regarding the DVD drives...I was looking at a Blu-Ray Burner to get in the next few months..
