Comps and Coax wiring question

I have a DDC2b for my comps and coax but just want to know if there is any issues running them at a 2ohm load per channel?

The amp is 2ohm stable per channel but will SQ reduce running it this way?

yes , most any amp's thd will close to double when ran at 2 ohm instaed of 4 ohms. not saying it will sound bad to the ear , just saying if you put an o scope on it , it will be slightly dirtier than 4 ohms.

the amp is 1% tested so will 2% be audible to the ear

Hell yeah it will. heres a shot of one of my amp's owners manual. It's a 20 year old amp too. LOL

i misread the op's post , no using the same amp you won't hear a huge difference. Use an amp of higher caliber but the same wattage and you will hear a massive improvement.
