Components for under 500?

I'm looking for a set of good components for under $500. I have Infinity Cappa Perfect 6.1's for a filler for the rear and need something nice for the front kick pods. They will be amplified using an Infinity Reference 475 A. Don't care about loudness. I'm looking for clarity and smoothness. I listen to everything from Enya to GreenDay. Thanks

I have a BNID set of Kicker RS5's They where Kickers top of the line Components in 2001-2003. Very nice sounding COmponents. Plus hard to find Brand new...

Might be a hair out of your price range, but look at the Hertz MLK165s. Never heard them personally, but a couple of my friends have and they couldnt say enough good things about them.

agreed. If you can't afford the MLK, look at the new HSK165.. They really have narrowed the gap in performance with the new set. I just compared them side by side with a buddy of mine //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif.

Well I ended up going with the hertz hsk 165's as they seem to be liked over the Focal of equivalent series. My doors have huge openings in them and I think it is going to require a lot of work and still not worth it over putting them in kick pods. So does anyone know if someone manufactures kick pods for a chevy silverado? And for full sound and filler for the rear I think the cappa perfects will do just fine.

Q-logic might have them.

Thanks. They do have them! I know they have their issues, but I'm trying to pick my battles with as many projects as I have. I think they will be nice with a little reinforcement.
