Components And Subwoofer??

HI EXPERTS!

I want to Upgrade my BOSE sound system in 2003 S430. I am looking into Set of COMPS (BEST SOUNDING FOR BUDGED) and SUBWOOFER to be installed in SEALED encloser. JUST FOR COMPS+SUBWOOFER i can spend upto $600 plz suggest a good match. MY GOALS for sysytem is CLARITY and some CRUNCHY BASS.

p.s: plz let me know what size of the comps run in 2003 S430.

NO $600 is only for COMPS & SUBWOOFER plz mention a very good setup and also suggest good amp for these.
